Job Description

Job Role: Dual Services Coordinator

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7days (including weekends) – must be flexible.

Pay: £28,000 -£30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Market Place, Bolton, BL1 2AL

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Overview

Anexciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services, for an experienced DualServices Co-Ordinator to join our established team based at Market Place,Bolton.

The successful candidate must have excellent people, skills with theability to support the Dual Services Manager in delivering high standards ofservice across both service delivery teams.

The ability to prioritise administrative tasks to deliver consistentstandardised quality reports by all members of the team is a vital part of therole.

Duties include:

  • Responsiblefor Co-Ordinating and overseeing the service delivery of both the cleaning andsecurity team to embed a one team ethos.
  • Protecting theclient’s property, people and/or assets by providing security and cleaning servicesin direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI’s)and site-specific procedures.
  • To instilthe importance across the teams of maintaining a safe, clean and secureenvironment at all times and reporting any irregularities in line with companypolicy and procedures and to instil the importance to the teams of the need of Preventingand escalating incidents with the aim of mitigating risks and deliveringquality consistent reporting in line with company procedures and clientstakeholders.
  • Ensuringthat all incidents are reported using the available on-site systems and thatthe reports are accurate and consistent in detail and in grammar.
  • Ensureall necessary health and safety inspections/patrols are completed to maintaincompliance of site procedures. Reporting all incidents, accidents, damage andnear missed to the management team immediately followed by a detailedinvestigation report.
  • Completingreports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillanceactivities.
  • Maintainingorganisation's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
  • Reactaccordingly to any cleaning needs such as litter picking and reactive cleaningof spillages, mopping and upkeep of centre.
  • Activelymaintain a safe, helpful, and secure environment for staff, customers, and visitors.
  • Acting as afirst line support to customers and visitors to site, providing a professionaland friendly service.
  • Understandingthe needs of our customer, respond accordingly to customer queries and requestsand take appropriate action.
