As the Dual Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our children’s residential homes located in Redcar and Cleveland. As an experienced manager, you will confidently lead and support dedicated teams, fostering a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where children and staff can thrive. You will play a key role in establishing and developing this new service, ensuring high-quality care delivery while maintaining full compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and embed best practice across these homes from the outset, ensuring outstanding outcomes for the children and young people we support.
Experience opening or developing new services is advantageous.
