Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters in the UK is hiring Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to replace gas and electricity meters in customers' homes in Glasgow. The role includes delivering a first-class after-care demonstration and ongoing meter maintenance after installation.

We offer a competitive salary bands (£39,923–£41,571 per annum) with an OTE of £48–£53K, a range of benefits, and opportunities for career progression within the Sureserve group.

Qualifications

• MET1 certification or equivalent qualification.
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 credentials desirable.
• Single phase electrical knowledge required.
• MOCOPA knowledge (1a and 1c) desirable.
• REGT1 and polyphase knowledge beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience fitting dual fuel smart meters.
• 3 phase or single-off multi experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service including a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.
