Job summary

Orion Smart Metering is seeking experienced Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to join our national contracts. You will install smart meters in domestic properties and deliver a professional, customer-focused service.

We offer a £45,000 per year salary with a company van, fuel card, tools and uniform, plus 33 days holiday. Optional day-rate paths and monthly bonuses are available to maximise earnings.

Qualifications

• Smart Meter Engineering qualification or diploma.
• CMA1 or CCN1 & MET1.
• MOCOPA certification (or completed during induction).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Clean DBS check (recent within 3 months preferred).
• EUSR card (advantageous, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Install smart meters safely and efficiently in domestic properties.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused service.
• Ensure all work meets industry safety and compliance standards.
• Represent Orion as part of a nationwide engineering team.
