Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters is hiring Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to replace meters at customers' homes across the Exeter area. You will deliver a high-quality handover and demonstration, ensuring customers understand their new meters and how to use them.

The role requires at least 6 months of dual fuel meter fit experience, UK driving licence, and knowledge of single/three-phase metering. Competitive salary with bonuses and benefits in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• MET1 competency required.
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 qualifications preferred.
• Experience with single phase electric metering.
• MOCOPA (1a and 1c) knowledge.
• REGT1 and polyphase electric knowledge (desirable).
• Full UK Driving licence required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience fitting dual fuel smart meters.
• 3 phase or single-off multi experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service with a full meter demonstration.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Purpose of the role:

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer - £ 39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure - £ 41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer £48-53K - uncapped

Performance bonus

Weekly meter fit bonus scheme

£60 per month lunch expenses
