Job summary

Rock Recruitment is seeking a qualified Smart Energy Engineer to install and service smart meters at customers' homes across the UK. You will replace meters, demonstrate operation, and provide after-care while adhering to health and safety regulations.

We require a Level 2 Diploma in Smart Metering and relevant certifications (MET1, CMA1/CCN1, MOCOPA). A full UK driving licence is essential for field work.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of qualified experience as a Dual Fuel Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of gas and electrical systems is essential.
• Customer-focused and professional approach required.

Responsibilities

• Safely replace gas and electricity meters in customers' homes following health & safety procedures and regulations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified Smart Energy Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be delivering services directly to customers' homes, helping us achieve our mission of driving progress towards net-zero. Whether it's a new installation or a complex repair, you'll represent our client—one of the Big 6 energy companies—while providing high-quality service to our customers. To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of qualified experience, as some of the tasks can be challenging. You'll be working closely with our Field Managers and will have plenty of support in the field.

KEY RESPONSBILITIES
