Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services Meters in Paisley is hiring Dual Fuel Engineers to replace gas and electricity meters in customers' homes and provide a full demonstration of the new meter.

You will repair and maintain meters after install, ensuring high-quality after-care and customer satisfaction. A Full UK Driving Licence and experience in dual fuel smart meters are essential for this permanent role, with clear career progression and benefits with Sureserve.

Qualifications

• MET1 certified electrician or gas/electric metering qualification.
• CCN1/CMA1/CMA3 recognised metering qualifications.
• Experience with single phase electricity metering.
• MOCOPA (1a and 1c) certification desirable.
• REGT1 and polyphase electrical knowledge a plus.
• Full UK Driving licence required.
• Minimum 6 months experience fitting dual fuel smart meters.
• 3 phase or single-off multi experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a full in-home demonstration on using the new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Purpose of the role:

• To exchange gas and electricity meters in customers' homes.
• Provide a first class after-care service which includes a full demonstration to the customer on using their new meter.
• Repairing and maintaining meters after initial install.

Banding A - Dual Fuel Engineer - £ 39,923 per annum

Banding B - 3 Phase / Medium Pressure - £ 41,571 per annum

OTE for DF only engineer £48-53K - uncapped

Performance bonus

Weekly meter fit bonus scheme

£60 per month lunch expenses
