Job summary

Asda is seeking a Dual Express Site Manager to lead two stores with heart and purpose. You will inspire, coach and develop teams, owning standards, safety and commercial performance across both sites, delivering a visible impact for colleagues and customers.

You will split time between locations (travel up to ~20 minutes), drive sales and service excellence, and ensure cost controls and KRAs are met in a fast-paced retail environment.
