Job summary

JSS in London is seeking an experienced DUA Analyst to support management and oversight of delegated authority across a specialist portfolio. You will monitor delegated authority arrangements and coverholders, review premium and bordereaux data, and drive timely resolution of discrepancies.

You will produce MI and KPI reporting for senior stakeholders, support governance and process improvements, and build strong relationships across the delegated authority network.

Qualifications

• Proven DUA experience within the London Market.
• Strong understanding of Coverholders, binders and bordereaux.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Confident stakeholder manager with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor delegated authority arrangements and Coverholders.
• Review and reconcile premium and bordereaux data.
• Identify discrepancies, exceptions and outstanding items, ensuring timely resolution.
• Liaise with brokers, Coverholders and internal stakeholders.
• Produce MI, KPI reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Support governance, controls and ongoing process improvements.
• Build strong relationships across the delegated authority network.
