Job summary

Argenta Group in London seeks a Senior DUA Credit Control Analyst to oversee premium collection and reconciliation for delegated authority business. You will work with brokers, coverholders and underwriting teams to ensure timely payments and accurate allocation.

The role requires deep knowledge of the London Market, bordereaux processes and strong Excel data analysis to support governance and reporting. This is a senior finance function within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven DUA credit control experience within a Lloyd’s Syndicate is essential.
• Experience with premium bordereaux processes and data reconciliation is required.
• Strong knowledge of London Market insurance software applications and Excel data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the DUA credit control function for delegated authority business.
• Monitor and manage delegated authority premium debt with brokers and coverholders.
• Reconcile premium bordereaux and identify data discrepancies and allocation issues.
• Create and maintain DUA credit control process documents for audit purposes.
