Job summary

On Running is seeking a store teammate to join the Direct-to-Consumer Store Retail team in Sydney. You will deliver exceptional customer service and embody On's values, helping customers experience movement and performance.

Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus; a background in running, fashion, or sports is preferred but not required. You will contribute to maintaining an outstanding store environment and work both independently and with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing environments.
• Background in Running, Fashion or Sports industry preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, hospitality and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently or in a team.
• Eye for maintaining store condition and visual merchandising standards.
