About the Role

Prospero Teaching is currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Design Technology Teacher specialising in Resistance Materials to join a welcoming secondary school in Minehead, West Somerset. This is a full-time position, offering an excellent opportunity to inspire students and develop their practical and theoretical understanding of Design Technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging DT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with a particular focus on resistance materials. You will have the ability to create a positive learning environment, support student progress, and foster creativity and problem‑solving skills within the classroom and workshop setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality Design Technology lessons specialising in resistance materials.
