Overview:
Position: Food Technology Teacher (SEN)
Essential Qualifications: PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent, with evidence of ongoing professional development.
Salary Range: M1 GBP30,000 - UPS3 GBP46,525
Role Description:
As a Class Teacher, your primary responsibility will be delivering high-quality Food Technology instruction, guiding students towards achieving relevant accreditations and qualifications.
You will design and implement lessons in line with DFE guidelines and school policies. Daily classroom management, including the supervision of a Teaching Assistant, will be part of your duties. You'll also ensure the application of school policies, especially those related to safeguarding and equality, and closely monitor the health and well-being of students, reporting any concerns to the appropriate teams and professionals.
