Matchtech Group invites applications for DSP Engineers in Hampshire, offering flexible hybrid working and a salary range of £50,000 to £90,000. The role spans Engineer to Principal levels with opportunities to lead technical activities and mentor colleagues.

You will design, model, simulate and optimize DSP algorithms used in wireless systems, collaborating across software, hardware and systems teams. Strong DSP, MATLAB/Python and math skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and evaluating DSP algorithms across full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and validate advanced digital signal processing algorithms.
• Model and simulate complex signal processing and communications systems.
• Analyse system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Develop innovative solutions to challenging engineering problems.
• Work collaboratively with software, hardware and systems engineering teams.
• Support integration, verification and testing activities.
• Produce technical documentation and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to technology development and engineering best practice.
• Mentor and support less experienced engineers (Senior and Principal levels).
• Provide technical leadership and direction on key projects (Principal level).
