Job summary

TSR Nottingham Ltd is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for drylining and interiors projects up to £2m in South Yorkshire. You will take a key commercial role, handling site measures, variations and valuations while coordinating with the Managing Director and senior management.

Offering a basic salary of £50,000-£60,000 plus a company car or car allowance, plus 33 days holiday and a pension, this role provides excellent progression opportunities within a growing specialist contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Background in drylining, interiors or subcontracting.
• Strong commercial and IT skills.
• Good understanding of valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial aspects of drylining projects up to £2m.
• Complete site measures, variations and valuations.
• Prepare payment applications and CVRs.
• Attend site meetings and manage final accounts.
• Work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team.
• Opportunity to support with estimating and tendering duties.
