Job summary

Synergy Personnel LTD are recruiting for a Contracts Manager (Drylining) in London. The role is on-site with four days on site and one day in the office/home, with immediate start and a mix of permanent or long-term freelance work.

You will manage a portfolio of four live projects, ensure safety, quality and programme delivery, and liaise with clients while handling on-site and office-based administration. Driving license and CSCS/SMSTS are required or desirable.

Qualifications

• Direct drylining subcontractor background.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4 active drylining contracts simultaneously from inception to final handover, ensuring safety, quality and programme delivery.
• Spend 1 dedicated day per week on each live project site to audit progress, manage labour, and interface with clients.
• Utilise 1 day per week for office or home-based administration, including material procurement, labour allocation, and commercial tracking.
• Balance site-based troubleshooting with office-based administration (including programming, variations and progress reporting).
• Monitor project costs closely against budgets on values from £20k to £1m.
