Advanced Resource Managers in London is seeking a Vessel Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of Dry Bulk vessels, ensuring voyages are executed safely and efficiently.

Working closely with Chartering Managers, Masters, Agents and Brokers, you will review charters, monitor schedules and handle bunkering, invoicing and voyage accounting activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, maritime operations or logistics.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day operation of Dry Bulk vessels from fixture through to voyage completion.
• Review charter parties, fixture recaps and voyage instructions.
• Monitor vessel schedules, positions and voyage performance.
• Liaise with Masters, Agents, Brokers and Chartering teams for efficient voyage execution.
• Assist with bunker planning, freight invoicing, hire statements and voyage accounting activities.
• Support laytime calculations, demurrage claims and operational reporting.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Support resolution of operational, performance and cargo-related claims.
