Responsibilities:

• Architect complex custom Drupal solutions
• Adhere to Drupal coding standards and best practices
• Solve complex problems and troubleshoot urgent issues
• Collaborate with project managers and development team
• Provide actionable feedback to managers and teammates
• Estimate effort for project tasks

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on Drupal development experience at an agency level
• Experience with Git (GitHub, Azure, GitLab) and dev ops tools like GitHub Actions, Composer, or Buddy Works
• Knowledge of hosting providers such as Acquia and Pantheon
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and third-party vendors
• Knowledge and interest in the latest Drupal practices
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Experience integrating external services like payment processors, membership software, and CRMs

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating headless Drupal applications with Next.js or React
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like Cypress or Husky
• Experience mentoring and leading teams
