Job summary

Newton Colmore seeks an R&D Consultant to lead the design and development of next-generation Drug Delivery Devices in Cambridge. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and shape early-stage concepts, driving rigorous R&D activities and ensuring manufacturable solutions.

You will stay hands-on throughout project delivery, contributing to concept generation, prototyping, experimental design, verification planning and risk management, while mentoring junior colleagues and strengthening the team’s

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or developing junior colleagues is highly valued.
• Background in Medical Devices, from concept through development.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations for combination products.
