Job summary

The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) is seeking a Local Driving Test Centre Manager (LDTM) to oversee driving test operations and ensure the integrity and safety of tests across multiple centres in the region.

You will line manage up to 14 examiners, drive performance improvements, analyse data to inform decisions, and maintain high standards of customer service. London weighting applies if based near London, with Civil Service Pension eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience managing driving test operations or similar public sector operations.
• Experience line-managing teams of examiners or inspectors.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
