You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients.

Position details

Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer
Salary: £26,000 - £26,500 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: WINNER Recruitment, 8 Main Street, Rugby, CV21 3DU

Key Responsibilities
  • Advertise vacancies using the company s Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Conduct CV searches on job boards and internal databases
  • Carry out screening calls and interviews with prospective candidates
  • Support candidates through the onboarding process
  • Ensure full compliance by completing registration packs and requesting ID documentation
  • Conduct driving compliance checks, where applicable
  • Liaise with the Account Manager regarding candidates ready for placement
  • Regularly review recruitment needs with the Account Manager
  • Maintain and update administrative trackers
  • Manage and process candidate timesheets
  • Perform regular compliance audits to ensure ongoing adherence to standards
  • Promote live vacancies across social media channels, including LinkedIn
What We're Looking For
