Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting nationwide driving instructors. You don’t need previous instructing experience—just a professional attitude, good people skills and the willingness to learn. We’ll train you from the start and guide you to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, with earnings of about £39k for 32 hours a week and £50k+ for a 40‑hour week. You decide when you work—mornings, evenings or weekends—with most teaching within 30 minutes of home.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years.
• No more than 5 penalty points.
• No bans in the last 5 years.
• Willingness to learn and train to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive and assess progress.
• Help students pass and gain independence.
• Provide flexible scheduling to fit into learners' lives.
