My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors nationwide and expanding across the UK. Become a Driving Instructor and earn from £38 per hour, with the potential to reach £50,000+ per year by working full-time.

Enjoy total flexibility—you decide when you work, and most lessons are within a 30-minute radius of home; training through our Academy covers Parts 1–3, with dual-control vehicles available and training fees paid back after one year.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
• Have no more than 5 penalty points.
• Have no bans in the last 5 years.
• Be reliable, patient, and confident communicating with people.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive and prepare them for DVSA tests.
• Provide flexible scheduling to suit part-time or full-time work.
• Support new trainees through DVSA Parts 1–3 training.
• Promote road safety and responsible driving.

New Training Academy - Full Support Built In: Our new Training Academy provides a structured route through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, combining: Flexible online learning for theory and preparation ; In‑car coaching to build driving and teaching ability ; Live classroom sessions for extra guidance and confidence ; Lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Dual-Control Vehicle Options: We can support you with access to dual-control car options through established providers, including new and nearly-new models such as Ford Puma, Renault Clio, MG3 and Vauxhall Corsa , subject to availability.
