Job summary

My Four Wheels is expanding across the UK and recruiting Driving Instructors nationwide. You don’t need prior instructing experience; we train you from the start and support you through the Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) qualification. Earn up to £50,000+ per year, with typical lessons around £38/hour.

You choose when you work, with flexible hours and local teaching areas within 30 minutes of home. We provide a Training Academy and dual-control vehicles, plus a scheme to repay training fees

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence for 3+ years.
• No more than 5 penalty points and no bans in the last 5 years.
• Be reliable, patient and confident communicating with people.
• Willingness to learn and grow into ADI status.

Responsibilities

• Teach learners to drive safely and confidently.
• Provide coaching using dual‑control vehicles.
• Support students through DVSA tests and progression.

Our new Training Academy provides a structured route through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, combining:

• Flexible online learning for theory and preparation
• In‑car coaching to build driving and teaching ability

• Lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you succeed

Dual‑Control Vehicle Options

We can support you with access to dual‑control car options through established providers, including new and nearly‑new models such as Ford Puma, Renault Clio, MG3 and Vauxhall Corsa, subject to availability.

Training Fees Paid Back in Full
