Job summary

My Four Wheels is recruiting driving instructors with nationwide coverage. You don’t need prior instructing experience—just a professional attitude, good people skills and a willingness to learn. We’ll train you from the start and guide you to becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, supporting strong income whether you work part-time or full-time. You decide when you work and you’ll train through our new academy to build driving and teaching

Qualifications

Hold a full UK driving licence with at least 3 years' experience.
Be reliable, patient and able to communicate clearly with learners.
Willingness to learn and complete DVSA training to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).
No bans in the last 5 years or more than 5 penalty points.

Responsibilities

Provide driving lessons to learners and monitor progress.
Help learners gain independence and improve road safety.
Complete DVSA parts 1, 2 and 3 training as part of the ADI pathway.
