Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is hiring Drivers Mates in Weybridge to join a busy home delivery team. You will support drivers, load and unload goods, and help with deliveries to customers’ homes.

This is a physically demanding role requiring good fitness, clear communication, and a flexible approach to shifts, including Saturdays.

Full training provided; Sundays and bank holidays off; competitive hourly pay from £14.55+.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work shifts including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for reliable and customer-focused Drivers Mates to join a busy home delivery team based in the Weybridge area.

This is a physically active role supporting drivers with the delivery of furniture, appliances, and household goods directly to customers' homes while providing excellent customer service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the driver with daily delivery routes
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• Delivering large items into customers' homes with care
• Supporting installations and room-of-choice deliveries where required
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Good level of physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred but not essential
• Flexibility to work shifts, including Saturdays when required
