Job summary

Evri is recruiting HGV Cat C&E Night Drivers for our Normanton depot. You will transport palletised parcels to couriers or collect from Delivery Units, typically with 4–5 drops, while keeping paperwork up to date.

Full-time roles are 40 hours per week, with flexible contracts and part-time hours available. Applicants must hold a UK HGV licence (Cat C&E), CPC and tachograph; driving assessments apply. We offer a supportive, inclusive environment with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with HGV (Cat C&E) entitlements, Driver CPC and digital tachograph.
• Newly-qualified drivers are welcome.
• All drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment.
• Reasonable physical fitness is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive palletised parcels to couriers or collect from Delivery Units.
• Typically handle a run with 4–5 drops and ensure safe, efficient driving and up-to-date paperwork.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and records.
• Work on shifts with 40 hours per week; full-time is 5 shifts out of 7 with rotas provided in advance.

We currently have exciting, flexible opportunities for HGV Cat C&E Night Drivers (or Cat C & E Drivers as we sometimes call them) to join our growing Normanton depot.

What Youll Do:

Our HGV Cat C&Edrivers work on shifts, safely transporting our palletised parcels to Couriers or collecting from Delivery Units (that's where our couriers pick them up). You will typically have a run with 4 - 5 drops ensuring the safe, efficient driving of vehicles and keeping the paperwork updated.

Our full-time HGV driver roles are 40 hours a week, but flexible contracts and part time hours are available. Full time is any 5 shifts out of 7, rotas are given in advance.

What We Can Offer You:

£18.55 per hour with an overtime rate of £27.83
