Alliance Automotive Logistics, part of Alliance Automotive Group, is seeking a Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our busy branch. This dual role covers driving duties and warehouse tasks with a flexible approach to responsibilities.

Responsibilities include packing, loading, delivering on routes, coordinating with the dispatcher, stock checks, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment. A Full UK Driving Licence and good timekeeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible and reliable candidate to switch between Driver and Warehouse Operative roles.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential for driving duties.
• Previous experience in warehouse or commercial vehicle parts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack and load products onto vans according to company’s specifications.
• Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher.
• Unload goods as per client specifications.
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs.
• Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer.
• Picking customer orders, loading vans and ensuring correct order fulfillment.
• Oversee the dispatch of orders and coordinate van deliveries.
• Check and store supplier deliveries, report shortages or damaged stock.
• Assist with rolling stock taking to locate stock correctly and keep the area clean and safe.
