Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and fulfil customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Pick products from designated locations, securely pack them, and prepare for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Safely load and unload goods from delivery vehicles and internal systems.
• Inspect products for defects, report issues, and ensure only high-quality items are dispatched.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Keep the warehouse organised and optimise space utilisation.
• Operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Foster collaboration within the team to achieve collective goals.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
• Basic computer skills to work with warehouse management systems and inventory databases.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but can be acquired on the job for suitable candidates.

Salary and Benefits:
