Location: Colnbrook & Sunbury | In-Office Role
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Main responsibilities: To be a key member of the driving team; assisting with the smooth-running of the company’s transportdepartment, and organise the warehouse; by booking-in shipments and advising when shipments are
back.

Day to day duties:

  • Completing delivery run sheets and uploading accurate information.
  • Securing goods and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Adhering to security and health & safety protocols.
  • Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting any defects.
  • Providing assistance to colleagues and reporting transport issues.
  • Delivering high levels of customer service with professional appearance.
  • Verifying freight accuracy during loading/unloading.
  • Communicating with security companies and providing accurate shipment details.
  • Ensuring timely scanning and reporting of delivery and collection data.
  • Undertake additional duties, or assist other members of staff, as may be reasonably requested by the Manager or Directors.

Essential

  • Hold a full UK driving licence (no HGV licence required, but desirable).
  • Have a good knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written.
  • Have the ability to prioritise and organise own workload to tight deadlines.
  • Have strong communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Be a team player in the transport team, as well as work with staff in other departments.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office: – Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
