Rexel Cardiff Hub is hiring a Driver/Warehouse Person to join our team. You will handle multi-drop deliveries, pick orders accurately and engage with customers professionally during each interaction.

The role involves supporting warehouse tasks in quieter periods and ensuring efficient delivery to customers and branches, aligned with our service standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a UK driving licence with 12+ months experience and be over 21 for insurance purposes.
• Proven multi-drop delivery experience and some basic warehouse work.

Responsibilities

• Accurate order picking and on-time delivery to branches/customers.
• Provide polite, professional face-to-face customer interaction.
• Support warehouse activities during quieter periods and handle multi-drop routes as required.

Job Description

As a Driver/Warehouse Person, you will be a key member of the team providing a great service to customers & Branches by; Ensuring accurate order picking, On-time delivery and Polite & professional face to face customer interaction.

This role involves you supporting within the warehouse in quiet periods, but mainly completing multi-drop delivery routes and supporting the operation in any other way needed.

What we are looking for....

• DRIVING:Held a Valid UK Drivers Licence for 12+ months, with no more than 3 points & to be over the age of 21 years old (Insurance purposes)
• EXPERIENCE:Have proven Multi-drop delivery & basic Warehouse experience
• COMMUNICATION:Have great conversational skills to enhance your customer service and engagement across to your colleagues and Customers
• ADAPTABILITY:have the ability to switch up your day when needed, to support the businesses needs
