Job summary

Rexel Cardiff Hub is seeking a Driver/Warehouse Person to join the team. You will handle multi-drop deliveries, ensure accurate order picking, and maintain a polite, professional face-to-face customer interaction.

The role mainly involves driving to customer sites while also supporting warehouse tasks during quieter periods. Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00 shift, offering benefits and development opportunities within Rexel UK.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence held for 12+ months with no more than 3 points and over 21 years old.
• Proven multi-drop delivery experience and basic warehouse experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for face-to-face interactions.
• Ability to adapt to changing daily needs to support the business.
• Customer-focused approach with professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Accurate order picking and on-time delivery to customers/branches.
• Multi-drop routes and face-to-face customer interaction.

Job Description

As a Driver/Warehouse Person, you will be a key member of the team providing a great service to customers & Branches by; Ensuring accurate order picking, On-time delivery and Polite & professional face to face customer interaction.

This role involves you supporting within the warehouse in quiet periods, but mainly completing multi-drop delivery routes and supporting the operation in any other way needed.

• DRIVING:Held a Valid UK Drivers Licence for 12+ months, with no more than 3 points & to be over the age of 21 years old (Insurance purposes)

• COMMUNICATION:Have great conversational skills to enhance your customer service and engagement across to your colleagues and Customers
