Job summary

Rexel UK is hiring a Driver/Warehouse Person for the Cardiff Hub, Monday to Friday 07:00–16:00, to deliver across branches and service customers.

You will pick orders accurately, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain a professional front-line presence. Some warehouse tasks in quieter periods, supporting operations as needed.

No formal qualifications required; we seek reliability, a clean driving license, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Driving Licence with 12+ months' experience and max 3 points.
• Proven multi-drop delivery experience.
• Basic warehouse experience.
• Strong communication and customer focus.
• Adaptability to switch between driving and warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate order picking and on-time deliveries.
• Provide polite, face-to-face customer interaction.
• Support warehouse activities during quiet periods.

Job Description

As a Driver/Warehouse Person, you will be a key member of the team providing a great service to customers & Branches by; Ensuring accurate order picking, On-time delivery and Polite & professional face to face customer interaction.

This role involves you supporting within the warehouse in quiet periods, but mainly completing multi-drop delivery routes and supporting the operation in any other way needed.

What We Are Looking For....

• DRIVING: Held a Valid UK Drivers Licence for 12+ months, with no more than 3 points & to be over the age of 21 years old (Insurance purposes)
• EXPERIENCE: Have proven Multi-drop delivery & basic Warehouse experience
• COMMUNICATION: Have great conversational skills to enhance your customer service and engagement across to your colleagues and Customers
• ADAPTABILITY: have the ability to switch up your day when needed, to support the businesses needs
