Job summary

Ember is seeking an experienced learning and development specialist to lead the design, development and continuous improvement of driver training and development programmes. You will shape learning solutions for new and experienced drivers, improving operational standards and internal capability.

Working with our Operations team across Scotland, you will build structured learning programmes that accompany drivers from licensing through to ongoing professional development and leadership support.

Qualifications

• Experience designing driver training and development programmes.
• Ability to create internal training materials and standards.
• Experience collaborating with operations teams to identify learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a comprehensive driver learning and development framework
• Create and implement high-quality training programmes from induction, driver CPC, refresher training and remedial coaching
• Build internal capability by developing training resources and introducing consistent standards and assessment practices
• Collaborate with Operations leaders to identify learning needs and design targeted learning interventions
• Monitor, evaluate and improve effectiveness of learning programmes using feedback and data
