Job summary

XPO TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS IT EUROPE is seeking an enthusiastic HGV driver to become a trainer on our Kingspan contract at Pembridge. The role is Monday to Friday on days, with some flexibility for overnight stays when required to support the driver training program.

You will train new drivers, share best practices, and help ensure safe, efficient operations on site. Applications from drivers with a passion for teaching are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience as HGV driver, with clean licence.
• Ability to deliver training to new drivers.
• Willingness to accommodate occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Train drivers on contract procedures and safety.
• Deliver on-site driver training on Kingspan contract.
• Keep training records and monitor progress.
