Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a dedicated LGV Trainer/Driver to train Drivers and Operators in operational functions, including the Driver CPC. You will also provide driving cover across the business and support scheduling teams.

The role is based mainly in Essex, with travel to other areas as required. A Class 1 license with CPC and IT proficiency are essential, along with strong training and communication skills. A competitive benefits package applies.

• Class 1 Driving License (C+E) required.
• Fully completed Driver CPC required.
• CITB training is needed.
• Experience of operating and training a range of plant & equipment.
• IT skills including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills for training and liaising with scheduling teams.

Responsibilities

• Train Drivers & Operators on all operational functions within the department, including DCPC.
• Complete driving/operational assessments for new & existing Drivers and Operators.
• Provide driving cover as required within the business.

Salary Circa £41,000 depending on skills and experience + business use of company van

Permanent, Full time.

Mainly covering Essex, but may need to assist in covering other areas when required.

Based within the Anglian Water region covering Essex

Water Recyclingis at the heart of ouroperations.The key services that we are responsible for aredelivered by ourin-house, highly skilled workforce. We collect and treat the water that customers have used, returning it to the environment via rivers and coastal outlets. Our network includes 76,000 kilometres of sewers which feed over 1,000 water recycling centres. What you will be doing:

Your role will require you to train our Drivers & Operators on all operational functions within the department, this will include teaching the Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC). This will include completing driving/operational assessments for new & existing Drivers and Operators. You will also be required to provide driving cover as required within the business.

• Class 1 Driving License (C+E)
