Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking an LGV Trainer/Driver to train our Drivers and Operators across the Essex region. You will deliver DCPC training, complete assessments, and provide driving cover as needed to ensure safe, compliant operations.
Applicants should hold a Class 1 (C+E) license, driver CPC, CITB training, and strong IT skills with excellent communication abilities for effective liaising with scheduling teams.
Salary Circa £41,000 depending on skills and experience + business use of company van Permanent, Full time. Mainly covering Essex, but may need to assist in covering other areas when required.
Based within the Anglian Water region covering Essex Water Recycling is at the heart of our operations.
The key services that we are responsible for are delivered by our in-house, highly skilled workforce. We collect and treat the water that customers have used, returning it to the environment via rivers and coastal outlets. Our network includes 76,000 kilometres of sewers which feed over 1,000 water recycling centres.

Your role will require you to train our Drivers & Operators on all operational functions within the department, this will include teaching the Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC). This will include completing driving/operational assessments for new & existing Drivers and Operators. You will also be required to provide driving cover as required within the business.
