Job summary

Source4 Personnel Solutions is seeking a Stores, Driver & Logistics Operations Assistant in Colnbrook, Berkshire. You will receive, store, and manage stock, and complete collections and deliveries using company vehicles, ensuring safety and compliance across the site.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and relevant warehouse experience. Forklift licence is preferred. Monday–Thursday 7.30am–4.30pm, Friday 7.30am–4.00pm with overtime.

Qualifications

• Good communication, organisation, and customer-service skills.
• Full clean UK driving licence (min. 2 years).
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Physically fit with ability to manual handling.
• Multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, label, and store deliveries (including heavy lifting).
• Prepare orders, load/unload vehicles, and maintain accurate stock locations.
• Deliver and collect goods in company vehicles (cars, vans, Luton, flatbed).
• Support airside/landside operations at Heathrow (subject to clearance).
• Keep warehouse and site areas clean, tidy, and compliant.
• Operate forklift trucks (if licensed).
• Complete daily vehicle/MHE checks and report defects.
• Manage customer stock (PPE/uniform), paperwork, portals, returns, and repairs.
• Maintain Sage Goods In entries and general admin tasks.
• Participate in stock checks and maintain COSHH compliance

Role Purpose
