Job summary

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a Driver (D1 Licence category) to join Fleet Services within the Passenger Transport Group. You will transport SEN passengers to and from schools and day centres safely and with professionalism.

Full training will be provided; previous SEN passenger experience is welcome but not essential. This is a rewarding role dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Qualifications

• D1 licence category is required or strongly preferred for the driver role.
• Previous experience with SEN passengers is desirable but not essential.
• Full training will be provided to new recruits.

Responsibilities

• Transport SEN passengers safely to and from schools and day centres.
• Ensure passengers are treated with professionalism and respect at all times.
• Follow timetables, safety protocols and maintain appropriate documentation.

Job description

Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adults with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated Driver (D1 Licence category) to join Fleet Services within the Passenger Transport Group (PTG). In this vital role, you will ensure that SEN passengers are transported safely, professionally, and respectfully to and from schools and day centres.

While previous experience working with SEN passengers in a care or support role is desirable, it is not essential, as full training will be provided.
