Job summary
Choice Care in Lincoln is seeking a Social Care Worker to provide personal care and support to individuals on a rota basis, including weekends. You will receive full in-house training and a clear career path from day one, with ongoing mentoring to develop skills in care delivery.
The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered support in a residential setting. Due to the needs of the individuals, this position is open to drivers only, in line with Equality Act 2010; benefits include
Qualifications
- Willingness to work shift patterns including weekends.
- Full training and career path provided from day one.
- Driver requirement due to the specific needs of those supported.
Responsibilities
- Assisting those we care for with their personal care needs
- Medication administration
- Assisting and getting involved in daily activities, hobbies or outings
- Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies
- Developing open, honest, and considerate relationships with those we care for
- Maintaining written and electronic daily records
- Attending and completing training as required
