Job summary

AO.com is seeking a Driver Account Manager to be the heartbeat of our driver network, welcoming new talent and energising existing teams. You will deliver engaging training to self-employed drivers, lead recruitment presentations, monitor performance, and help reduce customer complaints by supporting drivers effectively.

Role is a 12‑month fixed-term contract, 40 hours per week, Monday–Sunday with 5 days of work per week; salary £31,272.74 per annum.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering outstanding service to customers.
• Ability to lead, inspire and motivate others.
• Confidence applying fair, consistent people management.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Solid IT skills including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions to new and existing self-employed drivers.
• Lead recruitment presentations to onboard drivers.
• Monitor performance and fairness in driver grading and scheduling.
