Your Role

As a Driver working for Kuehne + Nagel (Aerospace & Defence), you have an opportunity to deliver excellent service to our customers through hard work and dedication that is vital to providing industry-leading service levels. We thrive on the challenge of delivering exactly what our customers want, when they want it. You will be assisting in deliveries. Your Responsibilities

1. Complying with all relevant legislation and agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment and consistent quality standards.
2. Any five from seven core working days, including night shifts and some nights away.
3. Maintaining and promoting a positive image of Kuehne+Nagel Aerospace & Defence.
4. Maintaining safe and high driver standards and positive driver behaviours.
5. Following all delivery, collection, and return procedures.
6. Maintaining and managing company equipment.
7. Responsible for the security of the vehicle and load at all times.
8. Reporting vehicle defects and ensuring the defect is documented.
9. Complying with Driver’s regulations & Working Time Directive in line with the O-licence legalisation and company procedures.
10. Undertaking other duties in line with business needs, with appropriate training provided.
11. Completing all documentation as per company procedure.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Must hold a current Class C+E licence.
• Desirable ADR Class 1-9 including 7x awareness – Less 7.
• Basic numeracy and conversational English language skills.
• Hold a valid driver qualification card.
• Preferred 2 years driving experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer-focused.
• Desire to succeed.
• Experience working within a team.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
