Job summary

ITS Property Maintenance are recruiting a reliable Driver Labourer to support Kitchen and Bathroom Fitters on planned refurbishment projects across Milton Keynes. The role is hands-on, physically demanding, requiring a full UK driving licence and the ability to drive a company van between sites and assist the team throughout the day.

You will load/unload materials, help with rip-outs and installations, and keep work areas safe and tidy.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Previous labouring or construction experience.
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills when working with residents.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Kitchen and Bathroom Fitters on planned refurbishment projects.
• Assisting with kitchen and bathroom rip-outs and installations.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials, tools and equipment.
• Removing and disposing of waste materials safely.
• Driving a company van between properties across Milton Keynes and surrounds.
• Maintaining van stock and ensuring materials are available for the day's work.
• Carrying out general labouring duties and assisting trades.
• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.
