Location: Salford, Manchester

Salary: £26,863.20 per annum

Hours: 39 Hours Per Week

Working hours: 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 3:30pm Friday

We have an exciting position for an all-round multi-skilled Driver Labourer to join us. You will focus on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards, and performing operational duties across repairs, decorating, and maintenance on all properties. You will visit premises to carry out repairs, refurbishment, and clearance work, supporting our trade colleagues for health and safety reasons.

Requirements include a full UK driving licence, as travel across the area to properties is essential.

What do you need?

• Good building and construction knowledge
• General building maintenance repair knowledge
• Experience in repair work and multitasking activities inside and externally on homes
• Experience in general labouring duties including decorating and mould washing
• Experience working within a Social Housing setting
