Job summary

CLEAN are recruiting an HGV Driver (CAT C) to deliver and collect linen across our UK service area, based around Camberley. The role starts early, involves weekend work, and supports a 4-on-2-off shift pattern with overtime opportunities.

You’ll be part of a growing team, earning £20.01 per hour with weekly pay, plus up to £3k annual bonus, CPC/medical funding, a pension, life assurance, and extra benefits. Training and development are available.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Class 2 (CAT C) driving licence.
• Current and valid Digital Tachograph (tachograph) card.
• Current and valid Driver CPC (Driver Qualification Card).
• Good communication skills in English; customer-facing ability.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting linen within the site’s service area.
• Be an ambassador for CLEAN with a can-do, right-first-time approach.
• Drive safely and efficiently in accordance with Drivers' Hours and Working Time regulations.
• Comply with health and safety standards and road/vehicle regulations.

HGV Driver- CAT C/Class 2 Driver - early shift

£20.01 per hour, weekly paid, plus the opportunity to earn overtime and up to a £3k performance-related bonus per year!! Plus ongoing funding of your CPC and medical, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Recommend a Friend Bonus Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme and opportunities for training and development.

Hours of Work: Standard shift pattern average 42 hours per week – Rest Day Working and overtime available. NO Overnight stays. Standard shift pattern is a 4 on 2 off rotating shift pattern, including weekends to enable the business to service our customer’s requirements 7 days a week.

Due to an increase in business - always a good thing - we have a great opportunity for an additional HGV Class 2 (CAT C) Driver to join and strengthen our fast-growing team in Camberley. The shift will start between 2.00 a.m. and 6.00 a.m.

Your new role

As an HGV Driver with us, you will be delivering and collecting linen from our customers within the Site’s geographical service area. As part of this you will:

• Be an Ambassador for CLEAN, have a can- do, right- first- time and passionate approach to your role
• Enjoy working as part of a successful team
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
