Job summary

CLEAN is recruiting for HGV Class 2 (CAT C) drivers based in Nottingham (NG11 2AF). The role involves delivering and collecting linen for a textile rental service across the site’s area, with a 42-hour week, rotating shifts, and weekends included.

Overtime is available and a £3k bonus is possible annually. Salary is £16.97 per hour, weekly pay, with ongoing CPC and medical funding, pension, life assurance, and various recognition schemes.

• Current and Valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC card).

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting linen from customers within the Site’s geographical service area.
• Be an Ambassador for CLEAN with a can-do, right-first-time approach.

HGV Driver- Class 2/CAT C Driver

Nottingham - NG11 2AF Fairham Business Park

£16.97 per hour, weekly paid, plus the opportunity to earn overtime and up to a £3k performance-related bonus per year!! Plus ongoing funding of your CPC and medical, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Recommend a Friend Bonus Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Long Service Awards, Performance Awards and opportunities for training and development, into such roles as Senior Driver, Transport Team Leader and beyond!

Hours of Work: Standard shift pattern average 42 hours per week – Rest Day Working and overtime available. NO Overnight stays. Standard shift pattern is a 4 on 2 off rotating shift pattern to enable the business to service our customer’s requirements 7 days a week, therefore weekends are included.

The shift will start anywhere between Midday and 4.00 p.m.

We have recently moved in to our brand new purpose-built site and have a great opportunity for a number of HGV Class 2 (CAT C) Drivers to join and strengthen our fast-growing team in Nottingham.

We are looking for all levels of driver-whether you are newly qualified and just starting out, or perhaps you have supervisory experience and are looking for more of a senior role.

Your new role

As an HGV Driver with us, you will be delivering and collecting linen from our customers within the Site’s geographical service area. As part of this you will:

• Be totally focused on great customer service
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Adhere to our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
