Job summary

Culina Group's Great Bear site in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Driver Debriefer on a full-time basis. You will provide general administration support to the Transport Department, including debriefing drivers, managing PODs, and updating transport documents.

The role offers Monday–Friday shifts (11:30–19:30) with a salary of £26,921 per annum. You will be part of a team focused on accuracy and efficient logistics operations within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Debrief drivers accurately and on time.
• Check timesheets and ensure PODs are correctly completed.
• Scan and store PODs in the DMS.
• Prepare drivers’ wallets and issue delivery notes in drop sequence.
• Print despatch notes and replenish despatch paper.
• Answer telephone inquiries and support the Transport Department.
• Communicate ETAs to Customer Services.
• Update spreadsheets (change-overs, run summaries, trailer checks).
• Depart and complete loads using the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Ensure uplifts are dispatched in correct loads and trailers are tracked.

Our friendly transport team in Stoke on Trent have an exciting opportunity for aDriver Debriefer to join their team on a full time permanent basis!

As a Driver Debriefer you willbe responsible for providinggeneral administration support to the Transport Department.

Salary:£26,921 per annum.

Shift:Monday-Friday, 11:30-19:30.

Key Duties of aDriver De-Briefer include:

• Correctly debriefing drivers.
• Checking all timesheets for correct completion and ensuring all PODs are returned completed correctly.
• Scanning and storing PODs using Culina’s document management system.
• Preparing drivers’ wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence plus any other relevant delivery information.
• Printing all despatch notes and replenishing despatch paper as required.
• Answering the telephone and assisting with any enquiries.
• Ensuring all estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) are communicated to Customer Services.
• Consistently updating all spreadsheets including, but not limited to; change-overs, run summaries and trailer check sheets.
• Departing & Completing of loads using Transport Management System (TMS).
• Ensuring all uplifts are despatched in correct loads.
• Ensure all trailers are tracked.
