Halo Accident Repair Centre Ltd. in Bristol Portway is hiring three Driver/Customer Journey Specialists to join our BRAND NEW Accident Repair Centre. You will manage site administration, coordinate vehicle collections and deliveries, and deliver exceptional customer service daily.

The role requires a Full UK Driving Licence, self-motivation, and strong computer literacy. Training is provided, with a focus on safety and efficiency in vehicle movement and workshop coordination.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Computer literacy knowledge.
• Keen to support others and be a cooperative team player.

Responsibilities

• Administration duties, including liaising with customers.
• Logistical planning and transport planning.
• Collect and deliver vehicles while adhering to highway laws.
• Lightweight (Lorry) training will be required with full training provided.
• Inspecting vehicles and photographing damage.
• Maintain a clear, methodical and clean workspace.
• Liaise with the workshop staff to move vehicles efficiently.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as allocated by the Bodyshop Manager.
