Job summary

Best Time Limited is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers to support a leading Film & TV facilities provider. This role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay and the chance to work on high-profile productions across the UK.

Ideal candidates have a valid HGV Class 1 licence, CPC, Tachograph card and at least 6 months of Class 1 driving experience. Night outs are optional for drivers who stay away from home.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence held.
• CPC qualification and Tachograph card.
• Understanding of drivers' hours regulations.
• Professional and safety-conscious driver mentality.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and professionally.
• Transport specialist trailers and equipment to filming locations across the UK.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and transport paperwork.
• Follow drivers' hours regulations and client procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the client.
• Overnight stays optional as required.

Best Time is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers on behalf of a leading facilities and logistics provider supporting the Film & Television industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for professional drivers looking for flexible work, with demand increasing during busy production periods.

The Role

• Driving HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and professionally
• Transporting specialist trailers, production units and equipment to filming locations across the UK
• Completing daily vehicle checks and transport paperwork
• Following drivers' hours regulations and company procedures
• Delivering excellent customer service while representing the client
• Optional overnight stays (night outs) available

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• Must have held your Class 1 licence for a minimum of 12 months
• At least 6 months' HGV Class 1 driving experience
• Valid Driver CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Good understanding of drivers' hours legislation
• Reliable, professional and safety-conscious
