Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc in Warrington is seeking a professional Category C (Class 2) Powered Access Driver to join our Warrington team, delivering and collecting powered access equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts and other MEWPs to and from customer sites.

You’ll be the face of Speedy on the road, performing vehicle safety checks, loading/unloading, completing delivery paperwork and providing excellent customer service while adhering to road and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Full UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence
• Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence
• Experience driving commercially within the UK
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Strong focus on safety and customer service
• Positive, reliable and self-motivated approach
• Powered access, plant or beavertail experience would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Driving a rigid vehicle with a plant body and/or beavertail
• Carrying out vehicle and equipment safety checks
• Delivering and collecting equipment safely and on time

Monday to Friday | 06:00-15:00 | 45 hours per week

We're looking for a professional Category C (Class 2) Powered Access Driver to join our Warrington team, delivering and collecting powered access equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts and other MEWPs to and from customer sites.

The role

As one of our drivers, you'll be the face of Speedy on the road and with our customers. You'll be responsible for:
